RAGNHILD (RONI) S. HALE

Areas of Concentration:

Civil Litigation Support, including School Districts and Personal Injury.

Professional Experience:

Ms. Hale joined a predecessor of Vandeberg Johnson & Gandara in 1987.

Academic Degrees:

Attended Pierce College, Paralegal Studies. Community Service: Ms. Hale was on formation committee for the Tacoma - Aalesund, Norway, Sister City Committee, and has served as its Chair and secretary. She was also a member of the Tacoma Sister City Council.

MOLLY REGIMBAL

Areas of Concentration:

School Districts; Personal Injury litigation and complex litigation in state and federal courts.

Professional Experience:

Ms. Regimbal has been a paralegal in the Tacoma area since 1982. She began her career at Billet Comfort and Rosenow (now Johnson, Graffe, Keay & Moniz). Her work in plaintiff personal injury litigation was at Messina Duffy (now Messina Bulzomi) and Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell, Malanca, Peterson & Daheim. She joined the law firm of Vandeberg Johnson and Gandara in the Spring of 2001. Ms. Regimbal has also performed paralegal contract work at various firms within the Tacoma area.

Academic Degree:

BA 1973, University of Puget Sound; 1981 Paralegal Certification from the University of San Diego.

Honors and Awards:

Undergraduate degree magna cum laude and Departmental Honors in Urban Studies.

Professional Affiliations:

Past member of the Tacoma Junior League and Pantages Theatre board member. Ms. Regimbal is currently a board member of Children's Home Society and is active in The Garden Club of America. In addition, she was involved with St. Charles Borremeo School and Bellarmine Preparatory School during the years her son attended school.

VIRGINIA (GINNY) TUCKER

Areas of Concentration:

Civil Litigation Support.

Professional Experience:

Ms. Tucker came to Vandeberg Johnson and Gandara in June 1979 after several years of legal assistant and secretarial experience elsewhere. She is currently responsible for case management and all phases of litigation support and for conducting investigations and interviews for the Litigation and Schools Practice Groups. She has extensive experience as a paralegal and has also provided support in corporate, real estate, general business, probate, tax, and guardianship.

Academic Degrees:

Ms. Tucker graduated summa cum laude from Central Washington University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Community Service:

Ginny is a registered legal assistant with the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association. She was a founder of the Tacoma Regional Executive Committee for the Washington Legal Assistants Association and was a member of the Board of Directors. She has been a presenter at seminars and classes on legal issues.

KRISTINE L. WALLS

Areas of Concentration:

Estate and Trust Administration; Guardianships; Litigation; Business.

Experience:

Ms. Walls was hired by Vandeberg Johnson & Gandara in 1978 and has worked as a paralegal for the firm since 1983. She is a member of the Estate Planning and Probate, Litigation, and Business Practice Groups of Vandeberg Johnson & Gandara.

Academic Degrees:

B.A. 1975, University of Puget Sound; Associates Degree 1973, Tacoma Community College.

Honors and Awards:

Undergraduate degree summa cum laude; recipient of Tacoma Community College President's Medal; member of Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi.

Professional Affiliations:

Ms. Walls is registered as a Legal Assistant by the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.
