Estate Planning and Administration Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Administration Attorney who can manage a dynamic workload in a supportive close-knit environment that prides itself on fostering a commitment to work-life balance.

Specific job duties include the ability to:

- Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Educate clients;

- Design and craft custom estate plans utilizing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney;

- Analyze and effectuate tax avoidance strategies;

- Facilitate full spectrum of estate administration from client contact to strategy to court appearances if necessary; and

- Construct and implement solutions using TEDRA.

 

Candidates must:

- Possess a JD from an accredited law school or equivalent law clerk program and be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington;

- Have at least three years’ experience with sophisticated estate planning and administration;

- Be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and

- Although not required, a background in taxation such as a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or an LL.M. in taxation will be given preference.

 

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic contributor to the Firm and office culture and have a collaborative approach to not only their work environment, but also their individual work product.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and current book of business.

 

Job may be hybrid and/or part-time, for which compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
